The Partner Manager will lead our relationships with new and existing video and audio creators on Spotify across UK,IE, NL. The role, sitting within our UK/IE podcast team, will focus primarily on video creators to ensure they view Spotify as a top-of-mind distribution and audience growth platform and have access to the right creation and monetisation tools for their needs. The right candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for the local creator landscape and supporting new and existing creators in developing engaging content. They will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have experience in building programmes for scale and efficiency.
