Podcast Partner Manager, Berlin

You’ll join Spotify’s Podcast team, working closely with creators across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Our goal is simple: help creators see Spotify as their first choice for distribution, audience growth, and monetization. You’ll act as a trusted partner to emerging and established podcast and video creators, helping them unlock the full potential of Spotify’s tools and platform. The role will primarily ensure that creators have Spotify as a top-of-mind distribution and audience growth platform and have access to the right creation and monetisation tools for their needs. The right candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for the local creator landscape and supporting new and existing creators in developing engaging content. They will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have experience in building programmes for scale and efficiency.
