We’re seeking a PMO & Minor Works Manager to lead the coordination and financial management of minor capital works and programs of work across commercial, retail, industrial and special-use assets.
This role sits within a client-side capital works team and is ideal for a project professional who thrives on stakeholder collaboration and delivery excellence.
Job Description
What you’ll be responsible for
Coordinating minor capital works projects from concept to closeout
Managing programs of work within agreed delegations
Project scope development and delivery planning
Financial management and cost control across projects
Managing internal & external project managers and contractors
Client relationship and stakeholder management
Project reporting, contract communications and KPI delivery
Ensuring compliance with financial and governance frameworks
What you’ll bring
Project Management experience (minimum 3 years), ideally in Real Estate
Strong understanding of construction, fit-out and refurbishment projects
Experience managing project finances and reporting
Excellent stakeholder and client relationship skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Qualifications
Degree in Project Management, Building Surveying, Construction or similar
Professional certification (RICS, AIPM, PMP, CIOB or similar) completed or in progress
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
