PMO Consultant (German-speaking)
Job Summary: -
We are seeking a PMO Consultant with fluent German language skills to join our team. As a PMO Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting project managers, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with project management standards. Your German language proficiency will enable you to effectively communicate with our German-speaking stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
•Support project managers in project planning, execution, and monitoring
•Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards
•Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards
•Report progress to stakeholders
•Project cost controlling
•Identify and mitigate project risks
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams
•Communicate project updates to German-speaking stakeholders
Requirements:
•0-7 years of experience in project management or PMO
•Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
•German Language certification minimum B2.2 (Zertfikat Deutsch or equivalent) (MA- German, Advance Diploma from Pune or any government recognized University)
•MS Office - know how
•Analytical and problem-solving skills
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have:
•ITIL Certification
•Experience working on tools like Confluence, ServiceNow, SVN
•Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
