What you'll do:

You will play a key role in supporting the growth of our player community and helping people connect through the sports they love. As a Player Growth Associate, you’ll collaborate closely with the operations teams to ensure our programs run smoothly and scale effectively. Your responsibilities include:

• New Players: Support and run initiatives that attract and onboard new players to the app, helping grow our global sports community.

• Small Markets: Contribute to launching and expanding into new small markets, starting with soccer and volleyball.

• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during games or with players, and communicate solutions clearly with the team.

• Community Building: Help grow and engage our player community through social media and other communication channels.

• Training & Support: Assist with training initiatives to equip team members and provide ongoing support for new players.
