Platform Growth Lead

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer success or partnerships role, preferably focused on mid-market or enterprise segments
- Experience in a client-facing role managing multi-threaded relationships for a technical product, and demonstrated ability to build deep and influential relationships with partners up to the director level.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue-based targets and goals, and driving account expansion
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, strong presence with partners
- Relentlessly navigate data and people to find answers
- Driven to help grow small businesses
