Platform Engineer I

We are looking for a Platform Engineer I to assist in supporting an AWS Cloud Infrastructure, maintaining deployment and application infrastructure, and validating installation, configuration, release, and promotion processes and procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
1-2 years of work experience in software industry and application support experience
Knowledge of database applications (Oracle) and Web Services (REST)
Familiarity with AWS or equivalent public cloud experience
Familiarity with version control, continuous integration, and delivery tools (Git, Jenkins, Artifactory or related services like Azure DevOps, Salt, AWS CodeCommit/Build/Pipelines, BitBucket or GitLab)
Software development experience on Linux platforms in common scripting languages (NodeJS, Java, Python, bash)
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code
