Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams across engineering, manufacturing, and support functions.
  • Drive process optimization initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated and robotic systems to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with process engineering teams to improve workflows, cycle times, and throughput.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and manage plant budgets, capital expenditures, and cost control initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Partner with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure material availability and production continuity.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for production issues.
  • Support new product introductions and scaling of manufacturing processes.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
