We are currently seeking a Planning -SAP APO DP SNP Functional Consultant to join our team in Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Role Summary
Support APO Demand Planning & Supply Network Planning integrated with ECC.

* DP Forecasting
* Planning Books & Macros
* SNP Heuristics & Deployment
* CIF integration troubleshooting
* Planning job monitoring
* Data reconciliation between ECC & APO
Mandatory Skills
* Strong APO DP/SNP configuration
* CIF integration troubleshooting
* Planning book & macro expertise
Shift & Support Requirements
* Rotational shifts
* 24x7 P1/P2 coverage
* Weekend support if required
* Strong communication
* Hands-on experience mandatory
Continuous Improvement & AI Expectations
* Identify recurring incidents and propose automation
* Leverage AI tools for log analysis and ticket triage (with validation)
* Improve MTTR through AI-assisted RCA
* Maintain and enhance knowledge base
