We are also part of AdventHealth, a unified health system with over 50 hospital campuses and hundreds of care sites in diverse markets throughout 9 states.

Responsibilities

UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Medical Group has an excellent outpatient only Family Medicine opportunity, in the western Chicago suburb of La Grange.

Highlights:

• Full spectrum family medicine
• Full-time clinic schedule
• 1:4 call coverage
• Saturday clinic; rotation shared equally with physicians
• Hospitalist model for inpatient care
• EPIC EMR
• Occurrence based malpractice insurance coverage
• PTO and CME

• Annual Salary: $220K-280K 

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training

• Graduate of an accredited medical school and US residency program
• Current Illinois Physician medical license in good standing
• Board Certified/Eligible, required
