Physician Assistant – Family Practice

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join a well-established Family Practice in Wilmington, NC. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to patients of all ages

• Perform patient assessments, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions

• Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications

• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests

• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention

• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EHR

Schedule & Practice Details

• Outpatient Family Practice setting

• Typical weekday schedule (no or limited weekends, depending on practice)

• Supportive clinical team and established patient panel
