Physical Therapist
SportsCare is looking for a full-time physical therapist to work at our clinic in Gresham, Oregon. Gresham offers an appealing blend of community charm and urban convenience, making it an excellent choice for both living and working. Nestled in the scenic Pacific Northwest, close to Mt Hood National Forest and the Sandy and Columbia Rivers, Gresham boasts a variety of amenities and attractions that contribute to its desirability.
We are actively seeking a passionate and dedicated therapist, whether a new graduate eager to start their career or an experienced professional who is clinically driven and works well within a team atmosphere. Available are a wide range of therapy equipment and gym space. Physical Therapists who apply are encouraged to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organization and analytical skills, the talent for multi-tasking between assignments, and the composure and flexibility to keep up with a fast-paced work environment. It’s worth noting that our clinicians are NOT responsible for completing insurance authorizations for their patients.
Sportscare and Armworks Physical and Hand Therapy is locally owned and operated by therapists. We started providing physical therapy to the Portland metro area way back in 1963 and added occupational/hand therapy in 2006 . We are a cohesive team that uses comprehensive OT and PT treatment approaches at our 6 convenient clinic locations throughout the Portland metro area with an additional location in Salem, OR. We are 85 team members strong!
Sportscare & Armworks Physical and Hand Therapy team members enjoy being part of a collaborative team of OTs, PTs, Assistants and Aides focused on being educators, guides and coaches with our patients to get the best outcomes. Our entire leadership team is a combination of PTs and OTS that regularly treat patients so we understand the issues you face every day.
What we're looking for:
- Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum.
- Current state of Oregon license, CPR certification.
- Outgoing and energetic personality.
- Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone that enters the clinic.
- A passion for physical therapy and patient care.
- Enjoys diversity in personnel, clinics, and treatment approaches.
What you'll get:
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 base salary dependent upon experience level
