Pharmacy Wholesale Technician

Position: Pharmacy Wholesale Technician 

Working Hours: 

8:30 AM to 5:00 PM M-F 

No weekends

40hrs/wk with no OT opportunity 

IN OFFICE, NO WFH 

The Role: Candidate will be working at a closed door prescription drug wholesale distribution center. Duties will include but not limited to:

- Managing day to day inventory tasks

- Ordering and receiving drugs from manufacturers 
- Maintaining adequate stock levels for drugs packaging, and office supplies 

- Ensuring proper temperature and humidity controls for drug storage

- Processing purchase orders, invoices, and credits to and from vendors

- Packing sales orders quickly and efficiently with accuracy in mind 

- Completing all tasks with consideration for regulatory compliance at the state and federal level

- Building strong relationships using spoken and written communication with vendors, customers, couriers and colleagues 

The Profile: We are looking for someone with the following: 

- General pharmacy knowledge 

- Able to adapt to mid-level software programs

- Prior MS Office, Google Suite knowledge a huge +

- Strong communication skills, both oral and written 

- Can repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day with little to no assistance 

- Able to work in a fast paced environment

- Detail oriented, accuracy driven  

California Pharmacy Technician License

PTCB License

- Preferred but not required
