WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
Maintain IMEx execution discipline across North Americas Operations, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and follow‑through.
Run existing governance and cadence (T2 and T3 forums, reviews, reporting) so work remains predictable and controlled.
Coordinates interface across NA Operations IMEx ecosystem and with TOPS for cascading to T4
Ensures effective CI loop and Communications across NA Operations
Serve as the single point of coordination across NA Ops for IMEx governance to reduce handoff issues and misalignment.
Support delivery of priority initiatives by reinforcing focus, removing blockers, and escalating risks early.
Protect quality, compliance, and supply continuity while balancing speed and decision clarity.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
- BA/BS with 6+ years of experience or MBA/MS with 5+ years of experience or PhD/JD with 1+ year of experience or MD/DVM with any years of relevant experience
- Strong background in project management and leading cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Clinical Practices (GxP)
- Extensive knowledge of SC processes, including network design, warehousing, and transportation planning
- Deep understanding of SAP, BOBJ, and Tableau systems
- Solid grasp of the Pharma Quality and Regulatory framework
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Secondment 12 months
