Personal Lines Producer | $60K Base + Strong Upside (Lynn, MA)
A well-established insurance agency in Lynn, MA is hiring a Group Producer to take over and grow a high-performing book of business.
This is a unique producer role where you build relationships with companies and write personal lines business through their employees.
Compensation:
- Base salary: $60K + Uncapped commission on new business and renewals) + monthly accelerators + Annual bonus
- 401k w/ match, Health, Dental, Vision, PTO
What you’ll do:
- Build relationships with employers (HR / decision-makers) and grow group partnerships
- Quote and close personal lines (auto, home, renters) while building recurring revenue
- Attend occasional benefit events and manage ongoing client relationships
Requirements:
- Active P&C license + 3+ years personal lines experience
- Comfortable quoting, closing, and working independently in a field-based role
- Strong communication skills and commutable to to Lynn, MA HQ
