Job Description

Reporting directly to the Principal, the Personal Assistant will be entrusted with a broad and varied remit, including:

  • Managing all personal and professional correspondence with absolute discretion

  • Meticulous diary and schedule management

  • End-to-end coordination of domestic and international travel

  • Securing reservations for restaurants, theatre, concerts, and private events

  • Private office administration and household coordination

  • Managing minor financial matters, including procuring services, household purchases, and invoice payments

  • Planning and overseeing intimate dinners, private gatherings, and at-home events

  • Providing personal support to the Principal, including coordinating medical appointments, managing prescriptions, and attending appointments when required

·         Competitive Salary £80,000–£85,000 DOE

·         Hours - The core hours are 10:00am–7:00pm, with flexibility required for occasional evening commitments.
