About the Position

We are looking for a Personal Accounts Trading Analyst to join our growing Legal & Compliance team and act as a point of contact in administering various employee compliance requirements. You’ll work alongside seasoned colleagues, learning to manage the many moving pieces that keep our systems and processes running smoothly.

The regulatory landscape within our industry is complex and evolving. In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our personal accounts, outside business activities, private securities transactions, and gifts areas of the employee compliance program, including tasks such as statement reviews and transaction exceptions.

While you'll be based in New York, you'll also be involved in employee compliance workflows for our London and Hong Kong offices, collaborating with colleagues across regions to ensure consistent global standards. The right person for this role will enjoy working with both paperwork and people, and be able to answer questions and explain policies clearly to a wide range of colleagues across the firm.

About You

  • Have a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of corporate experience (compliance experience with Personal Accounts is a plus, but not required)
  • Professional and trustworthy; you show excellent judgment with sensitive information
  • A strong communicator with great people skills
  • A motivated self-starter who can handle competing priorities and work effectively in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Organized with excellent attention to detail
  • A reliable, courteous, and flexible team player
