The Permitting and Administrative Affairs Manager leads and coordinates all regulatory and administrative procedures related to the mining activities of the site, ensuring legal compliance, smooth operational execution, and the maintenance of strong relationships with local authorities and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all applications for permits, authorizations, and licenses required for the site’s operations. Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor all legal and administrative obligations related to mining operations. Act as the main point of contact with public authorities and regulatory bodies. Coordinate relationships with local stakeholders, communities, and administrative entities, ensuring clear and proactive communication. Develop and monitor action plans and reporting related to administrative affairs and legal compliance. Collaborate with internal teams (legal, environmental, and technical) to anticipate permitting and authorization requirements. Identify and propose improvements to administrative and regulatory processes to enhance site efficiency.
