This role The Performance Marketing Partner is responsible for driving customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through expert management of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads or Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) in all PayJoy markets, owning the end-to-end execution, optimization, and performance of all paid channels while working closely with creative teams and P&L owners to ensure efficient budget allocation and continuous improvement across diverse audiences, channels, and markets.
