Performance Marketing Executive
This role is ideal for someone who understands the fundamentals of performance marketing, is comfortable working with data, and wants hands-on exposure to building, optimising, and scaling paid campaigns.
What You Will Be Doing
Campaign Execution and Support
Assist in planning, launching, and managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Support campaign objectives, including lead generation, sales, app installs, and brand awareness.
Build and manage basic audience structures, including interest targeting, custom audiences, lookalikes, keyword-based targeting, and retargeting.
Work with funnel-based campaign structures (Awareness Consideration Conversion).
Implement bidding strategies under guidance (CBO, ABO, smart bidding, etc.).
Conduct competitor and market research using tools like Meta Ads Library and platform insights.
Monitor campaign performance regularly and flag insights, anomalies, or optimisation opportunities.
Assist with A/B testing across creatives, audiences, ad formats, and messaging.
Help maintain performance reports and dashboards covering KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
Support budget pacing and basic spend tracking to ensure efficiency.
Stay updated with platform changes, ad formats, and evolving best practices.
Coordinate with the creative and content teams to brief ad copies and creatives aligned with platform best practices.
Work closely with senior performance marketers to understand strategy, scaling, and optimisation logic.
Participate in internal reviews, learning sessions, and performance discussions.
What We Are Looking For
Essential Experience
2-4 years of hands-on experience or internships in performance marketing or paid media.
Basic working knowledge of at least more than two platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or Pinterest Ads.
Familiarity with performance metrics and reporting fundamentals.
Comfort working with data, numbers, and spreadsheets.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn quickly.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
A bachelor s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Certifications (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) are a plus but not mandatory.
