About the Role


We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on expertise in managing high-budget campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROI maximization.

Key Responsibilities


Campaign Management


  • Launch, oversee, and optimize multi-channel PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing) from impression to conversion.
  • Monitor daily spend pacing and adjust bids and allocations to ensure campaign efficiency, scalability, and improved ROAS/CAC.
  • Track KPIs using GA4 and internal databases to produce actionable insights and dashboards for management.
  • A/B Testing & Innovation: Drive continuous experimentation with ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and funnel performance.

Compliance & Governance


  • Adhere to data security, privacy, and audit requirements (BFSI standards).
  • Maintain documentation (data dictionaries, SOPs, dashboard user guides).

Required Qualifications & Skills


Experience


  • 2-3 years in Performance marketing, preferably in BFSI/Insurance/Financial Services or fast paced consumer businesses.

Technical Skills


  • Platform management: Google Ads (Search, Display, YT, UAC etc,) Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads and other similar marketing platforms.

  • Excel: PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot, complex formulas, charts; VBA for automation
