PeopleSoft Global Payroll consultant
Minimum 5 years of development experience with complex changes using PeopleTools and related technologies e.g. PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, COBOL) on PeopleSoft v9 or higher
Minimum 5 years of development experience with PeopleSoft HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labour, Base Benefits, Self Service) Extensive experience developing interfaces to 3rd party systems
Working knowledge of Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL
PeopleSoft HR implementation and support experience. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to communicate in a clear manner and effectively evaluate information / data to make decisions
Team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; builds strong customer relationships and creates processes from the customer's viewpoint
High level of energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/related field
