Centuro Global is seeking a builder to architect the people infrastructure for a high-performance organization. You will define the standards for hiring, developing, and retaining talent during a period of rapid international scaling. This role focuses on driving commercial accountability, implementing robust performance frameworks, and embedding a culture of speed and ownership.

What you will do:

Redefine hiring standards and interview processes to attract future-fit talent with high commercial awareness and an ownership mindset.
The ideal candidate:
Proven track record of building or transforming people functions within a high-growth startup or fast-paced corporate environment.
Expert at implementing HRIS and performance tracking systems that drive measurable improvements in team efficiency and output.
Commercially-minded leader who is comfortable enforcing high standards and managing complex organizational changes during rapid scaling phases.
