This is a great opportunity for new People and OD Assistant (Performance & Reward) to join People & Organisational Development.
In this role you will be responsible for the planning, co-ordination, and administrative implementation of a range of activities and initiatives in support of the University's People & Organisational Development (P&OD) strategy.
This will include providing expert advice and administrative support aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the P&OD function. Working within the Performance & Reward Centre of Expertise, you will have a key role to play in process improvement and will be involved in projects and engagement events, fostering a positive work culture within an inclusive University community.
This post is full time and open ended (permanent).
