People and Culture Manager

Key Responsibilities

As People & Culture Lead, you will own and lead the entire People function at Kriptomat, working directly with leadership to build the systems, structures, and culture needed to support a fast-growing, remote-first fintech company. This is a hands-on role with high autonomy and visible impact.

  • Translate business priorities into a people roadmap with clear owners, timelines, and visible progress tracking 

  • Own end-to-end recruitment with hiring managers

  • Define and implement role clarity frameworks, goal setting, and feedback loops that managers can realistically maintain

  • Implement and maintain the Kriptomat Management System — ensuring company-wide alignment on values, expectations, communication norms, and operational discipline

  • Support and coach managers across countries in areas like performance management, team health, and people developmentImprove time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience

  • Co-create a fair incentive approach aligned with company goals, budget, and compliance 

  • Monitor retention and engagement, detect risks and proactively address them 

  • Run regular  pulse checks and convert them into action plans with accountability

  • Ensure HR hygiene - contracts, policies, documentation, privacy, consistent processes

  • Represent the People function at the leadership level, contributing to overall strategy and planning
