As a Specialist, Benefits (Operations) II at Pebl, you will play a vital role in supporting and scaling our global benefits operations. You will help ensure a seamless, accurate, and efficient benefits experience for both our customers and supported employees.

This role requires strong operational discipline, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, improve, and execute benefits processes that drive both operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Benefits Operations & Execution:

  • Support the day-to-day administration of benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of issues

  • Collaborate with internal partners to execute benefits initiatives and operational improvements

  • Assist in managing inquiries related to benefits administration while maintaining clear ownership through resolution

Process Optimization & Workflow Design:

  • Design, document, and maintain scalable benefits processes and workflows

  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and reduce manual effort

  • Ensure consistent adherence to operational standards and service level expectations

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with Payroll, HR Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure seamless benefits execution

  • Contribute to operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Support implementation of new benefits programs or system enhancements

Let’s Connect If You Have:

  • Have 2–4 years of experience in benefits operations, HR operations, or benefits administration

  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and thrive in fast-paced environments

  • Are proficient with operational tools such as Excel and Google Sheets

  • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams

  • Have strong attention to detail and a passion for operational excellence

  • Take ownership of your work and proactively seek improvements

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a global or multi-country benefits environment

  • Familiarity with benefits systems or HRIS platforms

  • Comfort working with data and metrics to monitor performance and accuracy
