What Makes You a Great Fit

We are looking for a detail-oriented junior contractor to support a short-term HR operations project focused on implementing and migrating Time Off policies within our systems. This role involves executing clearly defined processes, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining data integrity across employee records.

This is a 2 month fixed-term contractor position.

How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Input and configure Time Off policies in internal tools based on provided guidelines and documentation

  • Accurately translate policy rules into system settings (e.g., accruals, carryover rules, eligibility)

  • Migrate employees from existing Time Off policies to newly created ones

  • Validate data accuracy before and after migration to ensure correct balances and assignments

  • Follow step-by-step instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Identify and flag inconsistencies, edge cases, or data issues

  • Collaborate with the HR and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies

  • Maintain organized records of completed work and progress tracking
