About this Position We are looking for a driven and detail‑oriented chemist to support our Product Development (PD) initiatives within the Metals PD Lab. The role involves hands‑on formulation, lab research, scale‑up activities, and technical support for new product developments. What you´ll do Preparing test solutions, formulation samples, and reagents mixers for conducting tests, advising and coordinating test procedures. Determining chemical / physical properties, compositions, structures relationships, and reactions of organic / inorganic compounds polymer behaviors in coating films/ Surfactants/ Detergents/ Cleaners. Using lab testing and processing equipment, calibrations. Developing, improving, and customizing products, equipment, formulas, processes, and analytical methods Maintaining laboratory instruments, troubleshooting malfunctions, and support to senior chemists for conducting experiments, product processing and subsequent testing. Should coordinate independently with vendors/RM suppliers for new vendor development.
