Our platform provides an integrated solution for Payroll, HR, and Time & Labor Management. Execupay combines innovative products with personalized customer service to empower businesses to focus on their core operations.
As an Implementation Consultant, you will own the customer experience from the start by understanding client requirements, configuring solutions to meet those needs, vetting client data, conducting thorough testing, and ensuring a smooth transition. You will adopt a consultative approach to help clients maximize platform use while maintaining accuracy and high service standards.

We seek an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professional with a results-driven approach. Ideal candidates are proactive problem-solvers who can manage multiple projects efficiently. You should be analytical, capable of handling complex data, and committed to delivering an excellent client experience throughout the transition.
Responsibilities
• Lead full implementation projects from the welcome call to go-live, managing client expectations and timelines effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and drive optimal solution configuration.
• Review and evaluate historical data, employee details, and company settings to ensure accurate system setup.
• Analyze tax documents (940, 941s, state returns), payroll registers, and deduction/earning taxability to confirm platform accuracy.
• Accurately enter client Year-to-Date and prior payroll data into Execupay systems.
• Support clients through their first two successful payroll cycles to ensure smooth operations.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and enhance implementation experience.
• Ensure structured transition of clients to Payroll Support post-implementation.
Requirements & Skills
• 1-2 years of experience in Payroll, Administrative Accounting, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills to vet data, identify discrepancies, and resolve configuration issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a consultative style.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, changing environments with a strong sense of urgency.
• Passionate about problem-solving using industry best practices.
• Superior organizational and project management skills; self-motivated and accountable.
• Team-focused attitude emphasizing flexibility and accountability.
