Join our dedicated Payroll Finance team where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our employees receive timely and accurate compensation. In this position, you'll analyze payroll data, perform essential controls, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across HR, Compensation & Benefits, Data Management, Stocks & Global Mobility and others. You'll investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and develop improvement ideas that directly impact employee satisfaction.

Key job responsibilities
- Extract and analyze complex payroll data, ensuring accuracy and completeness by cross-checking against multiple sources
- Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries via tickets, providing timely and comprehensive solutions while maintaining confidential payroll information
- Perform routine payroll controls (Source to Gross, Gross to Net) and investigations, identifying root causes of discrepancies and implementing corrections to maintain high accuracy standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless payroll processes and resolve complex issues
- Document standard operating procedures and best practices to support knowledge transfer and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that scale and enhance payroll operations
- Complete standard accounting reconciliations
- Support vendor relationships and performance management
- Suggest and implement process improvements


A day in the life
Your day begins by reviewing incoming payroll tickets from employees and stakeholders, prioritizing urgent matters related to upcoming payroll cycles. You'll spend time analyzing payroll inputs and outputs, performing necessary controls, and investigating any discrepancies that require attention. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with various teams like HR, Benefits, and Data Management to address specific employee situations and ensure accurate processing. You'll also participate in regular meetings with the payroll team to discuss process improvements and upcoming deadlines.

About the team
Our BeNeLux team consists of 12 dedicated professionals who rotate responsibilities to ensure comprehensive coverage and knowledge sharing. We work collaboratively to deliver accurate payroll services that directly impact employee satisfaction across the organization. Our team is focused on continuous improvement, finding ways to enhance processes, implement automations, and transform traditional payroll operations for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Basic Qualifications

- Knowledge of standard software including Excel
- - Experience using data to influence business decisions
- - Experience in financial/business analysis
- - Experience in handling internal & external audits
- - Bachelor's degree
- - Experience working with basic employment law and HR or payroll practices
- - 2+ years of Payroll, Finance or HR experience

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
