What you’ll be doing

  • You’ll manage a vibrant portfolio of donors and prospects, using your people skills to build lasting relationships with a passionate community of ballet lovers
  • You’ll deliver exceptional stewardship to grow philanthropic support for The Australian Ballet.
  • You’ll collaborate on creative digital campaigns that attract, retain, and grow donor support
  • You’ll interpret donor data and behavioral trends to identify opportunities to grow The Australian Ballet’s supporter community

What experience you’ll need

  • Experience in fundraising, donor relations, or high-level relationship management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confidence using customer databases to interpret data and drive decision-making
