How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Provide hands-on assistance with basic patient care under the guidance of licensed nursing staff
• Support safe patient movement, transfers, and positioning
• Observe and report changes in patients' physical, emotional, or mental condition to the nursing team promptly
• Accurately document care activities and observations in patient records
• Maintain clean, organized patient rooms and ensure medical equipment is properly cared for and ready for use

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED OR an active CNA Certification required.
