Patient Accounts Representative - Bilingual English/Spanish

We are seeking a Patient Accounts Representative-Bilingual to use medical billing knowledge and excellent customer service skills to answer billing related questions, collect from patients, and ensure patient satisfaction and meeting UW Health’s self-pay collection goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, Health Information Management or related field Preferred
• Experience with customer service, insurance, finance, or medical office Preferred
• UW Health Revenue Cycle experience Preferred
• Epic Experience Preferred
