We are looking for an experienced Parts Manager who knows how to run a department, lead a team, and drive performance. If you have spent time in the parts business and are ready to take ownership of a department, we want to talk.

THE OPPORTUNITY

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

 

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the parts department
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
  • Work closely with the service department to ensure parts availability and minimize delays
  • Lead, develop, and hold the parts team accountable
  •  
       

    Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate effectively
  • Track department performance and report against monthly objectives
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs and standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an automotive parts department
  • At least 1 year in a management or supervisory role
  • Comfortable reading a financial statement and managing to a budget
  • Experience with a DMS system required
  • Acura or Honda experience is a plus, not required
  • Strong communicator with a high level of organization and follow-through
  • Someone who holds the standard and leads by example
