Partnerships Manager
We are looking for a Partnerships Manager who can identify, structure, and scale revenue opportunities informed by market dynamics and unit economics. This is not a traditional sales or account management role, but a commercial operator position focused on net revenue growth, margin optimization, and speed of execution. Success in this role is measured by revenue impact, yield efficiency, and scalability - not by deal count or logos.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue monetization opportunities driven by yield inefficiencies across demand and inventory
Structure and scale partnerships with a focus on unit economics and margin durability
Rapidly test, refine, and expand initiatives based on yield and revenue signals
Partner closely with supply, product, and analytics teams to unlock incremental value
Continuously optimize pricing, activation paths, and execution strategies to maximize yield
