Partnerships Manager

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager who can identify, structure, and scale revenue opportunities informed by market dynamics and unit economics. This is not a traditional sales or account management role, but a commercial operator position focused on net revenue growth, margin optimization, and speed of execution. Success in this role is measured by revenue impact, yield efficiency, and scalability - not by deal count or logos.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue monetization opportunities driven by yield inefficiencies across demand and inventory

  • Structure and scale partnerships with a focus on unit economics and margin durability

  • Rapidly test, refine, and expand initiatives based on yield and revenue signals

  • Partner closely with supply, product, and analytics teams to unlock incremental value

  • Continuously optimize pricing, activation paths, and execution strategies to maximize yield
