About the Role

We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to support and scale our global partner marketing efforts, with a strong focus on strategic events like our hosted flagship event Ascend and key co-marketing initiatives. This role is a critical part of our Demand Generation engine, helping us extend our reach through partners and create high-value, high-touch experiences for our target accounts.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You’ll be working closely with Field Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, and Content to bring partner programs to life across regions. From Ascend to partner-led campaigns and events, you’ll help ensure we are showing up in a strategic, consistent, and impactful way alongside our partners.

This role is designed to strengthen how we leverage partners across the business, while upleveling the partner experience within our most important programs.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own execution of partner marketing programs across global initiatives including Ascend, NRF, MRC, Shoptalk, and co-marketing campaigns
  • Support the development and execution of the partner strategy for Ascend, including sponsors, activations, and onsite experience (Partner Summit)
  • Partner closely with Field Marketing to align partner involvement with regional GTM plans and event strategies
  • Help bring partner-led experiences to life across executive events, sidecars, and regional programs
  • Execute joint campaigns with key partners including webinars, content, and ABX plays
  • Collaborate with Sales, BD, and Partnerships to identify the right partners for target accounts and key moments
  • Ensure partner messaging and positioning aligns with our overall brand and campaign strategy- update portals
  • Manage partner deliverables and timelines to ensure seamless execution across programs
  • Identify opportunities to uplevel partner engagement into more white-glove, high-impact experiences
  • Support reporting and tracking of partner program performance and contribution to pipeline
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance, translating data into clear insights and optimizations
  • Work closely with Marketing Ops to ensure proper tracking, attribution, and campaign visibility

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing or partner marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech
  • Knowledge and curiosity to explore AI tools in order to create efficiencies 
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data to drive decisions and optimizations
  • Ability to collaborate across the entire marketing organization and partner closely with partnerships, content, and design, while taking into account the nuances of regional challenges and market differences
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Strong attention to detail and executional excellence  - this role will require adhering to established internal processes
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and can operate independently

Hybrid position - ability to work 1-2 days monthly from Sao Paulo office
