Job Description

This role leads go‑to‑market strategy and execution for embedded partner channels across the UK & Ireland, focusing on building partner‑led propositions, driving launches and campaigns, and enabling partners to sell effectively. It owns key tech partner relationships, aligns GTM activity with wider SMB priorities, and uses performance data and market insight to drive partner growth and successful outcomes.

Key accountabilities:

Partner GTM Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go‑to‑market strategies for the EP Partner channel across UK & Ireland.

  • Translate business objectives into clear GTM plans covering propositions, launches, campaigns, enablement, and performance measurement.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity.

  • Identify new partnership opportunities and growth areas.

  • Feed market insight into strategic planning and leadership forums.

  • Ensure Partner GTM activity aligns with wider SMB strategy and commercial priorities.

Proposition Development for Partners

  • Identify and develop partner‑led propositions that meet partner needs while aligning to company goals.

  • Work closely with Product, Pricing, and Commercial teams to shape packaging, positioning, and value articulation.

  • Assess proposition viability and readiness from a launch, operational, and commercial standpoint.

  • Create and execute co‑marketing campaigns with partners to drive awareness, demand, and adoption.

  • Work with Marketing and Channel & Comms teams to develop joint messaging, assets, and timelines.

  • Ensure campaigns are measured, optimised, and scaled where successful.

Partner Relationship Ownership

  • Build and manage strong, trusted relationships with strategic partners and intermediaries.

  • Act as the primary GTM contact for Partners on propositions, launches, campaigns, and enablement.

  • Capture partner feedback and insights to inform product, pricing, and GTM evolution.

  • Design and deliver training programmes to upskill partners on products, propositions, and value stories.

  • Create partner‑ready enablement materials including decks, guides, FAQs, and onboarding content.

  • Ensure partners are launch‑ready and confident to sell effectively.

Governance and performance tracking

  • Define, track, and analyse partner performance metrics, including pipeline contribution, conversion, activation, and revenue.

  • Produce regular performance updates and insights for leadership and stakeholders.

  • Use data to refine GTM strategies and prioritisation.

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with partner launches, offers, and campaigns.

  • Ensure readiness across Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Support prior to launch.

  • Maintain strong governance, documentation, and audit readiness.

Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration

  • Act as a key connector between GTM and central Marketing teams to ensure outputs support segment‑specific objectives

  • Align social content with the wider marketing calendar and GTM priorities

  • Collaborate with external agencies, contributing to briefs and reviews to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment

  • Participate in regular forums, clinics, and touchpoints to support strong communication flow across GTM

Success Measures

  • Partner‑driven revenue and pipeline growth

  • Adoption and activation of partner propositions

  • Partner satisfaction and engagement metrics

  • Campaign performance and ROI

  • On‑time, compliant delivery of partner launches

  • Effectiveness of partner enablement and training

Skills & experience required:

  • Proven experience developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies, ideally in tech led partner environments.

  • Strong experience building and managing partner relationships.

  • Solid understanding of partner sales, distribution, and marketing channels.

  • Ability to pivot between strategically planning and tactical deliverables.

  • Experience working with ISVs, ISOs, or platform partnerships.

  • Exposure to co‑marketing and joint GTM execution.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work at pace across cross‑functional teams.

  • Effective when working with partners and senior stakeholders

  • Strong project management and prioritisation skills

  • Collaborative and confident communicator

  • Highly organised, detail‑driven, and deadline‑focused

  • Comfortable simplifying complex propositions

  • Proactive, outcome‑focused

Additional information:

  • The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
