Key Responsibilities:
Partner Engagement (60%)
Own and grow a portfolio of high-value agency partners
Drive partner-sourced revenue and growth opportunities
Act as a strategic advisor to agencies on growth, retention, and monetization
Lead onboarding, enablement, and ongoing performance optimization
Identify and execute co-marketing and co-selling opportunities
Translate partner feedback into actionable insights for product and GTM teams
Team Leadership (40%)
Manage, coach, and develop a team of high performing Partner Engagement Managers
Set clear performance expectations tied to outcomes (not activity)
Establish and improve partner engagement playbooks and processes
Drive accountability through metrics, reporting, and regular performance reviews
Support hiring, onboarding, and ramping of new PEMs
Build a culture of action, ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement
AI-Driven Execution
Implement AI into partner workflows, team processes, and internal operations
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scale, and output using AI tools
Build or optimize systems (playbooks, automations, reporting, enablement) leveraging AI
Champion AI as a Habit adoption across the Agency Partnerships team
Requirements:
Experience
5+ years in partner management, business development, or agency-facing roles in SaaS or eCommerce
1+ years of team leadership
Proven track record of driving partner-sourced revenue or ecosystem growth
Education: 🤷
AI Fluency (Non-Negotiable)
You must demonstrate:
Practical experience using AI to improve workflows, outputs, or business results
Examples of systems, automations, or processes you’ve built or significantly improved using AI
Comfort integrating AI into daily work and team operations
