Part-Time Retail & Operations Associate (Multiple Tracks Available)
Permanent Part-Time Associates (Retail, Sales & Operations)
We are hiring Permanent Part-Time Associates to support our retail, sales, and operations teams. This role is for individuals seeking stable, fixed-schedule part-time work over the mid to long term (not ad-hoc or short-term gigs).
Hourly Rate: S$12–S$16/hour (depending on track & experience)
Based on your experience and preference, you may be assigned to one of the tracks below:
Track A: Retail Buyback Associate (BBA)
Customer-Facing | High Independence
Commitment: 2 fixed days/week
Hours: 11:00am–9:00pm (8.5 paid hours, 1.5h break)
Responsibilities:
Run device diagnostics independently
Explain device condition and pricing to customers
Handle customers with high service expectations
Location: Shopping mall retail stores
Ideal for: Candidates with retail, telco, electronics, or service experience who are confident working independently.
Track B: Sales Promoter (Guided Environment)
Customer-Facing | Sales-Oriented
Commitment: 3 fixed days/week
Hours: 11:00am–9:00pm
Responsibilities:
Promote products and trade-in offers
Assist with buyback diagnostics under guidance
Support retail floor during peak periods
Location: Chinatown Point
Ideal for: Candidates comfortable engaging customers and interested in sales; technical experience not required.
Track C: Operations Support (Non-Customer Facing)
Option 1: Device Photo-Taking & Testing
2–3 hours per shift, multiple days/week
Detail-oriented, repeatable tasks
Option 2: Picking & Packing
1 day per week (X hours)
Process-driven, physical tasks
Ideal for: Candidates seeking flexible, non-customer-facing part-time work.
Training will be provided. Prior experience is preferred for some tracks but not mandatory.
