주요 업무 (Essential Functions)
- 약국/의원 패널 관리 및 유통 관련 데이터 수집
- 약국 패널
- 월 1~2회 방문하여 거래명세표 수거 또는 e-Data 수취
- 데이터 QC(품질 검증) 후 시스템 등록
- 수거된 거래명세표 파일 정리 및 약국 반송
- 의원 패널
- 분기 1회 우편 또는 e-mail을 통한 데이터 수취
- 데이터 QC(품질 검증) 후 시스템 등록
- Query 발생 시 패널에 연락하여 이슈 확인 및 해결
- 약국 패널
- 종합병원/의원 대상 제약사 커뮤니케이션 조사 패널 관리
- 의사 대상 커뮤니케이션 및 패널 관리
- 매월 진행되는 조사 안내 및 참여 독려
- 조사 참여율, 응답 현황 관리
- 패널 관련 기타 행정, 운영 업무 지원
자격 요건 (Qualifications)
- 꼼꼼하고 책임감 있게 업무를 수행할 수 있는 분
- 능동적이며 반복적인 업무에도 성실히 임하는 성향
- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유
- 정해진 프로세스 및 절차에 따라 업무를 수행하고, 기본적인 이슈를 스스로 해결할 수 있는 분
- 의료 제품 또는 병·의원 환경 관련 업무 경험 1년 이상 우대
