You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. With your expertise in Java Enterprise Edition and extensive experience in custom software engineering, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our projects.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
- Act as the primary point of contact
- Manage the team and ensure successful project delivery
Professional & Technical Skills:-
Must Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition , Spring Boot as expert and Microservices Knowledge
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
- Experience in designing and developing enterprise-level applications
- Knowledge of application architecture and design patterns
- Experience with database management systems
Good To Have Skills:
- Experience with Spring Framework
- React + JavaScript / Front end UI technologies also as
Good to have skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition/ Spring Boot
