As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Integrations, you will implement and support the integration of Workday with other software systems, requiring a strong understanding of both the Workday platform and external systems being integrated. You will lead the planning, design, and implementation of the integration to meet the client's business requirements.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Implement Integration Solutions: Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between Workday and other software systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and meeting client business requirements. Lead Planning and Design: Plan and design the integration process, collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a smooth integration process. Provide Post-Implementation Support: Offer support and maintenance services after implementation, addressing any issues that may arise and ensuring the integration continues to meet client needs. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful integration project outcomes. Develop and Test Code: Write, unit test, and rollout code to support integration requirements, adhering to best practices and quality standards.

Required technical and professional expertise
Exposure to Workday Platform: Familiarity with the Workday platform, including its architecture, data structures, and integration capabilities, to design and implement effective integration solutions. Experience with Integration Development: Knowledge of integration development principles, including data mapping, interface design, and testing, to develop and implement integration solutions between Workday and other software systems. Understanding of External Systems: Familiarity with external systems being integrated with Workday, including their data structures, APIs, and integration protocols, to ensure seamless data exchange. Coding and Unit Testing: Experience with writing, unit testing, and rolling out code to support integration requirements, adhering to best practices and quality standards. Collaboration with Technical Stakeholders: Exposure to collaborating with technical stakeholders, including understanding their requirements, and communicating technical information to ensure successful integration project outcomes.

Preferred technical and professional experience
Familiarity with Cloud Platforms: Exposure to cloud-based platforms and their integration capabilities is beneficial for designing and implementing effective integration solutions with Workday. Knowledge of Scripting Languages: Experience with scripting languages, such as XML or JSON, can be helpful for developing and testing integration solutions between Workday and other software systems. Understanding of API Protocols: Familiarity with API protocols, including REST and SOAP, can aid in ensuring seamless data exchange between Workday and external systems.
