Our client, an important sports gaming house, is looking for an Outbound Call Center Agent to join their team.
As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to educate them on our sports betting and gaming services.
Responsibilities:
- Contact existing customers in order to reactivate their accounts.
- Promote special offers and tailor-made campaigns based on their preferences.
- Develop strong customer relationships and enhance engagement.
- Implement customer retention strategies to increase business loyalty.
- Collaborating with CRM team and other departments to ensure high-level campaign results.
- Drive new customer acquisition through the conversion of leads into deposits.
- Build relationships with customers through effective communication and rapport-building techniques.
- Manage customer complaints and escalate as necessary.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Contribute to team effort by achieving individual and team targets.
Requirements:
- Experience in outbound calling or sales provides a distinct advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- An interest in sports and gaming is preferred.
- English Language is preferred.
