What the Role Entails Draft, review  and administer contracts and legal correspondence related to our global business. Assess legal risks and provide legal advice and day-to-day support in connection with Tencent’s global business. Assist senior counsels and research compliance matter such as in the areas of data protection and privacy. Support the handling of international disputes and relevant litigation/arbitration matters.  Who We Look For A Bachelor of Laws or a higher degree in law, with professional working proficiency in Chinese,Japanese,English and a great passion for the internet industry and products.  A proactive and collaborative individual with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to execute tasks efficiently.  Preference will be given to candidates with overseas study experience, or internship experience at foreign-funded law firms or enterprises.
