Outbound Transportation Coordinator (North America – Entry Level)   Key Responsibilities: Transportation Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting transportation data to help identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings or service improvements. Invoice Auditing: Support tracking of transportation expenses and auditing of freight invoices for accuracy, ensuring proper coding and payment in line with vendor contracts and company policies. Outbound shipment creation & updates: Create shipments using Transportation Management System (TMS) and work with Amazon Freight on various shipment updates. Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to help identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency in transportation.   Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Data Analytics, Operations, Logistics, or a related field. Internship, coursework, or school project experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or data analytics is a plus. Willingness and ability to quickly learn new transportation management, dock scheduling, and analytics tools.
