  • Generate opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting.

  • Collaborate directly with sales and marketing teams to create opportunities with potential clients.

  • Demonstrate and leverage strong sales and influence skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Over 2 years of experience in similar roles.

  • Strong communication and time management skills.

  • Experience in SaaS companies with an HR focus.

  • Advanced English or Advanced Spanish (both reading, interpretation, writing, and speaking).
