Overview

We are seeking seasonal grounds keeping team members to begin working in Spring/Summer months. This position is seasonal during the grounds keeping season and can work part-time hours. This position is flexible to work around school extracurricular activities. Applicants must be 16 years old and have a valid driver’s license in the State of Ohio and be insurable by Otterbein’s insurance.

Responsibilities

This position will perform a variety of tasks involving maintenance of the Otterbein Community grounds.
This includes, but is not limited to mowing, trimming, blowing, mulching, pruning, plant installation, watering, weeding, and fertilizing.
This individual must have the ability to operate company equipment and vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred. High school students (at least 16 years old) and college students are welcomed to apply.
Licensure/Certification: Valid Ohio driver’s license.
Experience: Previous snow removal/mowing and related grounds maintenance or related work is preferred.
