Order Operations Specialist, Seoul, Korea
Order Operations Specialist is a member of the local Order Operations team, and participates in order management, payments and compliance in support of vehicle sales and deliveries. This is a back end operations role and is not customer facing. This role reports into the senior local Order Operations team member.
- Participates in daily processing of all operational aspects of sales orders, including but not limited to invoicing and refunds
- Responds to order-related information requests from Sales, Delivery, Service and other departments throughout the organization
- Records information and ensures quality of data in CRM and other internal systems that support sales, production and financial management
- Investigates system discrepancies quickly and finalizes solutions
- Coordinates with Finance and IT to ensure orders and payments are accurately captured in all downstream systems
- Keeps up to date with regional Order Ops colleagues with similar functional specialties, to help ensure consistency of process across regions
- Articulates specific ideas on how to further refine systems or processes
- Participates in special projects as needed
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years experience in an operationally-related role
- Superior attention to detail under tight deadlines
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to frequent change
- Comfort working with multiple teams and colleagues from various management levels
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume
- Customer service oriented
- Fluency in Korean and English
