Order Management Specialist (High Voltage Instrument Transformers)
Ensure order fulfillment by serving as the primary point of contact for all related matters. The Order Management team represents the face of the organization to customers and is accountable for on-time delivery (OTD) and overall customer satisfaction. Monitor order progress and proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, including product shortages, delivery delays, customer complaints, and inquiries, while resolving order-related issues promptly and effectively. Manage and validate all order bookings, ensuring alignment with internal systems, stakeholders and contractual requirements. Own the end-to-end order process: booking, documentation, delivery coordination, and invoicing. Serve as the primary customer contact, providing timely updates and professional support and communication throughout the order lifecycle. Collaborate with internal departments (Production, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, etc.) to meet delivery timelines and resolve issues. Track order milestones, follow up on open actions, and ensure timely close-out of all projects. Ensure data accuracy and documentation compliance in SAP and other relevant systems. Coordinate delivery schedules and shipping logistics in line with project requirements. Lead customer interactions with transparency, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset. Maintain close engagement with production teams, including regular floor visits to monitor progress and gather insights.
