As the Solution Advisor for Behavioral Health, you will:
Serve as the primary consultant to Behavioral Health councils and stakeholders on the Oracle Health Behavioral Health solution and its impact on treatment planning, patient privacy, and clinical documentation
Provide expert support and knowledge transfer on Cerner capabilities, translating technical nomenclature to enable clear understanding by clinical teams
Work directly with clinical counterparts to facilitate design workshops, review deliverables, and drive consensus on complex workflowsLead the analysis of current-state workflows and the design of future-state processes for intake assessments, treatment planning, group notes, and discharge summaries
Define system requirements for Opioid Management, including workflows for integrating PDMP checks, tracking urine drug screen (UDS) results, and supporting MAT protocols
Design workflows that enforce the stringent data segmentation and consent requirements of 42 CFR Part 2.
Identify potential risks and clinical ""pain points"" in proposed workflows, advocating for solutions that prioritize clinician efficiency and patient safetyAct as a lead driver in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool, developing and documenting test scripts for complex BH scenarios like crisis management and interdisciplinary handoffs
Assist in mapping Behavioral Health staff roles (e.g., LCSW, Psychologist, Peer Support Specialist) to system security profiles that govern access to sensitive data.
Assist in the review of training manuals and job aids to ensure they are clinically accurate and relevant for a Behavioral Health audience
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued
A minimum of 5-7 years of combined experience in a clinical Behavioral Health role and a clinical informatics role
Direct, hands-on experience with the Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium platform. Specific expertise in the Cerner Behavioral Health solution and PowerChart is required
Demonstrated expertise in Behavioral Health clinical workflows, treatment planning methodologies, and the unique privacy requirements of 42 CFR Part 2
Knowledge of common screening tools (e.g., PHQ-9, AUDIT-C, C-SSRS) is essential
Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments will be critical as you work to align technical and business objectives
Previous Federal consulting or experience working within the DoD, Veteran’s Health Administration (VHA) or Military Hospital System (MHS)
The ability to travel is an essential function of this role and may vary based on client, enterprise, or project needs, with up to 20% travel to client sites nationwide
Must be a United States Citizen

The estimated salary range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
